Summary: This property was perfectly located between Rainbow Springs State Park and Dunnellon. The bungalow itself was updated and very clean and the community property was really nice. We felt good about letting our kids (7 and 10) ran around and ride their bikes on the property. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: Clean, roomy, updated. Great location close to KP Hole park. We use our own kayaks and launched at KP. Might be a little far to walk/ haul kayaks without a pick up truck.

Summary: Great weekend, several families rented different homes. Unfortunately, it rained the whole weekend so that put a damper on the activities, but, it was very cute and would definitely go back again with better weather!

Summary: Rainbow River Bungalows are a great place to stay in Dunnellon. The property was clean and the owners instructions and communication were excellent! I highly recommend this area and these properties for a vacation in central / western Florida.

Summary: The amount of detail the Host went through was amazing. Everything we needed was there, even kayacks, dollies, and life vests. The bungalow was very clean, all the appliances looked new. It was very accessible to the Rainbow river and the boat launch was awesome and convenient.
