Summary: The house had everything we needed and was very clean and well kept. The cove with the floating dock was a great spot to launch a kayak. The driveway is a lot shorter then what it looks like in pics - standard driveway that can hold two cars side by side but wanted to point that out as we also had a trailer but managed to fit all. Us boat owners like driveway space.. Was able to get early check in which was an added bonus - Overall a great stay and I would highly recommend.

Summary: Rainbow river is ultimately my favorite place to come and relax. Ive been returning every year for my birthday and happen to find this beautiful home that was clean, updated, and very comfortable with access to the river. I recommend this property for anyone that loves to do multiple activities. We were able to ride out bikes right to thr Blue Run trail that is parallel to the river and connects to the Withalacootchhie trail. We road to Inverness and back. There is a Trek Store right off the trail in Inverness if you need anything and also a lot of cute cafe’s and restaurants in town. We also were able to run in the neighborhood, long enough there to do 5miles. It has a couple of hills but beautiful section at the end where we saw Deer. We were able to launch out paddle boards from the back yard, you can go either way but we chose to paddle up river to have the enjoyment of the float back. The home has everything you need to cook meals, beds are very comfortable and highly recommend the property. We will be back :)

Summary: Very clean property. Great access to river for Kayaks/paddle boards. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed to cook. Plenty of towels. Comfortable beds with nice sheets. They have thought of everything you might need... thanks for a great place to stay for 8 adults and a couple kids

Summary: Very nice and clean house. The kitchen was very well-appointed with everything you could need. The water pressure is inconsistent and new bed pillow would be nice. We really enjoyed the kayaks and the experience would have been even better if the vegetation near the floating dock was trimmed back enough to more easily launch the kayaks. But, the locations was great and the house was very pretty and spacious.

Summary: The home was lovely, spacious and clean. The furnishings were nice, inviting and comfortable. The home had everything we needed. It is a short paddle to the main river. I highly recommend a stay!

Summary: The house was beautiful and very spacious. I have wanted to return to FL and it’s clear spring rivers for a few years and wanted an alternative to a hotel. The large three bedrooms made it more relaxing and accommodating for my wives and myself. Each room offering restful privacy. I had zero problems with neighbors, loud animals or any excessive noise. Access to water was great and two nice kayaks provided with the house. Confused by a previous review involving man eating canines and traumatized service animals. Service animals my ass. Service animals don’t get aggressive and just because you don’t want to leave the mutt at home doesn’t classify him as a service animal. “In-Breds “ Am I right? The property is great and Dunnellon a wonderful little town with some great eateries and shops. Rainbow spring head just a short drive and it is a paradise. My wives are already wanting a return trip later this year. If you’re family is more than a few…this is the place.

Summary: We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect! Its ight on an inlet to the river, and just a 2 minute paddle to rainbow River. The host was very helpful and stayed in touch throughout our trip. The house had every immensity we needed. We would stay there again!
