Positive: Beautiful property with clean interiors. Beautiful surroundings
Negative: Unit 103 had a poor view not informed in the pictures during booking. There were no condiments in the kitchen for cooking.
Summary: We enjoyed the stay and would come back again but I would choose a different unit.

Positive: The property was new and well appointed with a full kitchen, projector screen etc. Also had a great sauna and bath. It felt very modern and fancy compared to other places we had stayed. A good options for families who want to self cater.
Negative: The drive was very steep. I recommend arriving there during daylight hours It was about a 20 minute walk from the onsen town, which suited us.
Summary: Slick accomodation 20 minutes walk from quaint onsen town.

Positive: Worth every penny paid. Even though location was uphill and out of the way, the amenities more than made up for them. I rank it the most comfortable and luxurious stay in my entire trip (and I had stayed in premium 5 star hotels prior).
Negative: If you want to cook (like we did), buy groceries and condiments in the town.
Summary: Luxury stay. Wish we can stay here forever.

Positive: The overall location of the Accomodation is good if you figure out how to reach there safely. The layout of the villa is stylish and nice. Beds were comfortable and the projector can be a life saver for the evenings. Having the sauna and onsen within the room is of course great and we really spend so much of our time soaking and relaxing in the sauna.
Negative: There was no bbq which apparently can only be offered through rakuten website? The hot plate given to us was already damaged and the surfaces badly scratched. We tried using it the first night but decided against using it again to reduce our risk of developing cancer. There was no one that we can speak to to get it exchanged. Because we stayed for 5 nights, it was quite disappointing. And check in couldn’t be done until the next morning as the system couldn’t recognize our reservation number and the hotline was constantly engaged. Villa 103 is definitely the worst among them. We were directly facing neighbors that don’t belong to the resort. Imagine booking for a quiet scenic mountain retreat to end up having a villa facing other houses. Best villa would be 101 or 105.
Summary: Overall Nice villa but many things can be improved.
