Summary: Clean and and apartment style is makes living there as a family of 5 convenient. Not near the JR, but the Hanshin Line is very convenient to access to any attraction.

Summary: Can be improved to excellent if checkin of large baggage were able to be stowed while waiting for checkin timing. The room does not have ironing facility. The pre checkin link did not capture our details properly and had to redo during checkin. All else provided was adequate for family stay enjoyable.

Summary: The room had great amenities with lots of space. Check in was really difficult and the room was quite dusty and dirty.

Summary: The accommodation is very well. Clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable and we all have a pleasant stay there. However, the check in system is really poor, the iPad in the front desk should have some problems. Once I fill in the check in information, the system automatically informed that I have checked out. The first two staffs I talked int he iPad were not helpful until a foreigner lady who could speak English that could figure out our problem. we finally could enter our room. It was not my first time to live in Rakuten stay but it was definitely the horrible experience we had ever. More training for the staff in communication is needed.

Summary: I loved my stay here! Super close to the train station and my room was huge!! Even had a balcony, washer, stove, and microwave! Super convenient stay for a good price too! I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Summary: The location was 5 star, convenient to Dekijima station and right near 2 supermarkets and a Family Mart and a Lawson. The building seems reasonably new and modern. The only negative things are the hotel is unstaffed and everything is done by video chat at a tablet at the reception area, even when we arranged for garbage removal and fresh towels upon checking in it was only done ONCE in a 2 weeks stay and even then it had to be chased up via our booking agent as the video chat is limited to certain times of day.

Summary: 2 mins walk to the Dekijima station, family mart / groceries within 2 mins walk. Roomy for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Excellent overall.
