Summary: The rooms were fantastic. Newly remodeled and clean. The exterior made me a little nervous about the quality of the rooms, but there really wasn’t anything to worry about. There was lots of work being done on other rooms while we were there so it looks like there’s lots of good things to come.

Summary: The room was impeccably clean with lots of towels. It was an overnight stay, so we didn't make use of any extra amenities. Breakfast in the morning was a little disappointing, with weak coffee that kept running out and almost all selections were sugary. But that wasn't a big deal. I'd happily stay there again.

Summary: This hotel was in a perfect location being close to Cooperstown. The staff were awesome and the room was very clean and spacious. Will stay again if I am ever in the area.

Summary: Great staff , clean rooms. Breakfast needs to be a little better. Pool was closed due to updating. But overall couldn't ask for a better place for area.

Summary: We enjoyed our 1 night stay on the way from Albany to Oneonta for all star village baseball. Room was clean, it appeared to be recently renovated. Only issue was the bottle of shower gel in the shower was out. I was too lazy to ask the front desk for a refill. Besides this, we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: What ever they moped the floors with made it sticky to walk on- did not come to straighten the room or empty test containers for the entire 3 day stay

Summary: You could tell they were still doing some renovations, but it was nicely done. Our room was beautiful and everything worked as it should. There were items missing from the breakfast, but when asked, they came right over to refresh. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Seemed to be new. Very clean, comfy bed. Our room had no cold water in the sink. Breakfast was not good. It would be better to just have coffee, tea, milk. People can go out to a diner.
