Summary: Room was clean, front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast - Coffee was not very good, potatoes/hashbrowns were over cooked. Eggs were excellent.

Summary: Great service, comfy beds, breakfast was a bit disappointing. Not much variety and food wasn't the best quality. Overall, a pleasant stay in a comfortable room.

Summary: Hotel needs a Reno. Old tired building. Had to walk forever for the room. Needs some upgrades.

Summary: Service was great even with kids hockey tourney on same floor. Hotel is tired and needs a refresh. Pool was cold, hot tub broken, low ceilings in hallways and evidence of roof leaks in room and common areas.

Summary: Our experience was good except the rooms are not soundproof, and so noisy children can be a disturbance. There is no elevator. Breakfast room is pleasant but attendant during our second stay seemed overworked and unhappy. Many food chains and restaurants are close by.

Summary: Gabby was absolutely warm and welcoming, it was easy and fast to check on. There was another staff memeber as well when we entered at about 4pm at the front who was dusting thr light's, she was absolutely amazing as well, she spoke and engaged my 4 year old. We had a long day of travelling and she helped capture my child's attention. I am very grateful as it calmed her down and burned some of thr extra energy.
