Summary: Arrives for check in at 6pm and room was not ready yet, had to wait. Hotel needs work. Carpet in hallways is worn and stained. Bathrooms not very clean. Tv frequently lost signal, room fridge broken. Pool was decent. People in the hotel were running up and down the halls through the night slamming doors, drunk in the halls. Unsupervised children. Not a restfull night sleep.

Summary: The check-in clerk was very good and helpful. It's not a fancy place, but everything in the room was just right and the price was right. The treadmill in the exercise room didn't work, which doesn't matter to everyone.

Summary: This hotel is old, needs to be remodeled. Dirty carpet in hallway. Complimentary breakfast included, unfortunately staff member was arrogant and spoke profanity. Pool is big but did not use it.

Summary: I stayed here for two nights as I was attending the Beyoncé concert at MetLife. While the location was convenient enough and the price was rather affordable, that’s where the positives end. We arrived hours after check in and the room was still not ready for about 30 minutes. The room itself was okay, but the beds were uncomfortable and only came with two (mismatched) thin pillows. The hallways were a mess. It looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months, and guests often left bags of trash to fester in the hallway — speaking of, the other guests were rather unruly and caused a lot of disturbance that not even the loud and rickety room A/C could cover up. Breakfast is free but I wouldn’t bother with its meager options. I would not choose to stay here again.

Summary: Our room was not ready AFTER our check in time. The hotel property is not kept up with well. There is tape on walls for signs. The building is attached to an abandoned hibachi restaurant. Very odd. The free breakfast was crowded and messy.

Summary: My stay was amazing, excellent service and well kept environment. The only reservation is my checking in, stood for almost 50 minutes because of excuse of computer glitch and room is being cleaned at 6.45pm 🙄 On checkingout, despite associate offering an hour stay longer to check out which was detailed in the receipt, by 11am the housekeeper banged on my door twice to check out (DO NOT DISTURB SIGN HANGED ON THE DOOR).
