Summary: We stayed in a family suite and the ac didn't work in the second room. Complaints 3 times with a maintenance man coming once did not resolve the problem first night. When we returned the second day from being out, the air was cooling. It was 35 that day so we returned to room to rest and construction noise above our room made that impossible. We were offered another room on the 5th floor but we chose not to take it. Throughout our stay staff were amazingly friendly and tried to be helpful.

Summary: Too noisy room despite being on the 16th floor. Area very noisy from traffic and people even in the middle of the night on weekdays. Common areas (lobby, restaurants, etc) are in good condition but rooms are in need of renovation. Amenities in the room and quality of breakfast below from what I would expect at this price point.

Summary: Perfect place to end our trip to Lisbon. Close to the crazy airport, taxis called and a fair rate charged. Clean bathroom & comfortable bedding. Marco & company were friendly, helpful & made our early morning departure easy.

Summary: I enjoyed my 5 night stay. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. I would put it at 3.5 stars. The staff was amazing. Super friendly, helpful with everything and even gave me a free late checkout till 2pm. Good options for a complimentary breakfast. Gym could use a few more weights, but manageable. Not much within walking distance, but there was a super market just outside and laundry mat plus the metro was right outside the hotel and the center is very close, cheap to get to and easy to navigate. Rooms were decent enough. A queen or king bed rather than 2 twins would be much better. My biggest complaint would be the wifi. It is absolutely awful. Slow, often drops and not often not manageable for working remotely. Luckily I have a hotspot from my cell which saved me. If not, I would have been in trouble. Unsecured, unreliable, slow network and quite honestly unacceptable. Good value for the money and I would recommend the hotel, but not if you are relying on wifi to work.

Summary: This is a well cared older hotel, however something’s were visually recognizable. The bed were well maintained, but the towels never looked clean. Difficult to tell their actual color. Countries outside the US can’t use bleach?

Summary: It’s a nice older hotel. Wonderful staff. However, there was one things that I couldn’t wrap my mind around. The sheets on the bed had traditional and old fashion care, but very disappointed about the towels. The towel appeared to be either white or another color originally. Now they look dengity grey, unbleached white or not clean looking.
