Summary: I stayed here 25 years ago and it hasn’t changed, the hotel is old, not kept up not sure how they pass inspection. Couldn’t find a vending machine or ice machine and no elevator to get to our room

Summary: When I booked the stay- I requested and paid for a pool side (1st floor) room; when I arrived I was instead given pool view (2nd floor). No explanation as to why the request was not honored. I also asked to be placed next to others in our party and we were separated. Once again no explanation as to why. Our family was also questioned if we had a room there while we were in the pool area. I understand that some people take advantage but it was odd that we were being questioned and made to feel like we were doing something wrong especially when we had booked for a whole weekend and were staying there for 2 nights. I did not see other parties being questioned. And there were multiple birthday parties happening over the weekend so I’m not sure why we would be questioned like that.

Summary: I was visiting due to my mother’s passing and was just expecting the typical Ramada that I’ve always known. I was blown away by the new Restaurant with its creative menu and cocktails. This was some of the best food I’ve had in a while and the BEST french onion soup. I sat at the bar and had great service. Vaughn did an outstanding job. It seemed like everyone had a passion for whatever they were doing. The Beverage Manger was very hands on and extremely knowledgable. You could tell he cares about the product and service provided.

Summary: We had requested adjoining rooms last summer and when I was staying at this hotel in the fall I had asked at the front desk if our request was on the reservation and was assured it was and we were all set. The woman looked at our reservation. When we arrive we are told there are no adjoining rooms for the room type you booked and there was nothing that could be done. Why didn’t the woman tells us this when she looked at my reservation and we could have changed things.
