Positive: The breakfast had lots of options and was ready on time at 6 am. Friendly staff. Excellent bathroom and tub. The extra sink, counter and fridge helped a lot. The parking up to my door was handy for me and my service dog to navigate his bathroom breaks. Having a pet friendly room on the bottom floor was a dream come true. We enjoyed ourselves very much

Negative: I noticed whilst wiping up a spill from the kids that the carpet was very dirty. It turned the white cloth black. It probably should be steam cleaned once and a while.

Summary: My stay was very restful and a joyful experience. I will be back.
