Summary: Overall, the room was clean. The shower takes awhile before the hot water comes up. Its an old hotel, so most of the accessories inside are dated or damaged. No mini fridge in the room, so you need to grab a bucket and get ice near the elevator. Also when you need to heat up food, you have to go down to the lobby, and use the only microwave in the building.

Summary: There were several issues on my first night: the first room I was given had a leak as there was water in the bathroom. Staff were very efficient and fast. They moved me into the room above the one I was in. However, a maintenance guy had to come to the first room to check the leak. Then the maintenance guy returned to the second room I was in because the people who were given my first room complained of a leak. And it seems the leak was coming from the room I was moved to. The hot tub was recently fixed but the maintenance guy said it may be another issue underneath the hot tub. So that put a damper on my first night there. In addition, because of the leak, I did not use the hot tub again, which was a disappointment, as specifically chose a studio room with a king size bed and the hot tub. However, the staff were excellent in resolving these issues. The hotel, in my opinion, needs upgrading, especially for the prices charged to stay at their hotel. But overall the rooms were clean and sufficient. Just very outdated.

Summary: Front desk Deksha needs to be retrained! Booked 2 days celebrating 40th birthday with family. Upon check out, i have inquired why my billing receipt is different than the $ ones showing on my credit card. She asked me if i have consumed the water bottle(s) in the room and I said no i did not as we have brought a case of 30 bottles on our own- deksha replied "really- are you sure?" Unprofessional! That statement alone is implying that i lied to her. Thats disgusting and insulting! Manager has to look into this as the way she responds to valued customers does not reflect on the Hotels values. My expectations for this hotel is not what we have received. Valued clients deserve better while taking these holidays!

Summary: Celebrating my 50th bday! Booked a King room with city view- front desk Deksha gave me a different room saying there's no room available and booking depends on the room availability. Every time she responds to my question why i can't get the room i booked- she ends with "do you understand!" Thats humiliating,degrading,embarassing - i paid for the room and should be given the right one. She has to be re-trained and refrain saying "do you undersand" to yout valued clients
