Summary: I get these check in emails that require my infor, proof of ID and cc info and then when I get to the desk, they ask for everything again! Kind of annoying I have to do it on line and again when I get there!

Summary: Very clean, quiet, and comfortable downtown, off the highway. Staff was great and restaurant was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: At check in we felt rushed. One of the staff members was waiting for a ride and not very helpful to questions regarding local restaurants in the area. At check out I requested a receipt. The clerk told me since I need the led thru Expedia that she could not issue a receipt. I told her that I booked thru Hotels .com and that I was on day 15 of a three week trip and booked 90% thru Hotels.com and this was the first hotel that would not issue me a receipt. The General Manager can out and told me the same thing. She added since I was an Expedia customer the rates are different and she could not issue me a receipt I would have to get it from the booking company. Again I asked one last time, expressing I have received receipts for the past two weeks and would like one. Age denied my request. Totally frustrated with Ramada now as a whole due to this one visit.

Summary: Everything was great. Bathtub could be replaced but otherwise fantastic. The heated floors in the bathroom are a nice touch

Summary: This hotel needs a water softener. The showers are horrendous. Theres nothing worse then putting soap and shapoo on your body only to not be able to get it off. Other then the terrible showers, the rooms are great for the price.

Summary: We wanted to enjoy a nice meal at your restaurant, but when we were seated at 6:08pm, the server told us that we had to be done by 7:15 pm as they had a large reservation coming at that time. This was annoying as we wanted to have a relaxing dinner, not be on a time limit. So we left and enjoyed a lovely meal elsewhere.

Summary: Polite staff at checkin. Hotel clean. Room very comfortable. Nice Dove bathroom products. Heated bathroom floor was a nice perk. Bathrobe and slippers in room. Bed was fine.
