Summary: No hot water, took very cold showers. Old grout stuck to the tile in the bathroom and sink areas. Ceiling was obviously leaking by all of the brown streaks. At least the beds were comfortable and the rug was clean.

Summary: Booked a king, got 2 doubles. Whole place smelled like cigarettes outside. Then a few days later noticed a random extra charge for $83 from the place. Was in the room for less than 12 hours. No contact made to explain, have to dispute it through the CC company. Unacceptable.

Summary: Staff was professional, courteous, and very helpful. The property could use some sprucing up. For example finish on sidewalks look messy. Curtains were hard to close completely to assure privacy.
