Summary: Pool/ hot tub/area needs some major cleaning. Looks like mildew. Also on one night I was waiting in lobby and one front desk lady was reprimanding another work. Should not happen in public when guests are around!! Not professional at all

Summary: Rooms were clean, staff friendly, easily accessible. Bed was too soft, pool and hot tub were dirty (alot of things floating in the pool.. so gross, couldn't stay in it) no way to turn on hot tub jets, ice machine only worked on 1 floor.

Summary: Included Breakfast was okay, not too many options and all the same food selection for the entire week. Internet access was functional, beds were comfortable, house keeping was adecquate only one day was missed. Front desk staff were polite but there was one laidy that may need more customer service training. I would recomend for a 2.5 to 3 star hotel.

Summary: Sucks when you pay $300 for night to find the wooden blinds broken and not working to cover the window by the jet tub properly. Toilet seat was chipping and looked really old. The rest of the room seemed to be somewhat renovated. I’ve stayed at a Hyatt for the same price with WAY nicer room!
