Summary: In the middle of the night found infestation of insects, went to front desk and first offered to kill them. I asked to be moved. Next morning room was made up by housekeeping without insect issue being addressed. Also no automatic doors between lobby and hallway where room are.

Summary: Checked in to this hotel on our way to Ottawa, and found friendly staff welcoming us. We felt very safe and comfortable in this quick stop. Would recommend this place to friends.

Summary: We were in Trenton for a remembrance service. We stopped to check in quickly so we could drop our stuff off and change. The clerk never smiled nor really greeted us, nor acknowledged our status level with Hotels or offer any amenity or upgrade. We reserved and prepaid for (over $200!) a queen room - the bed was a double and terribly uncomfortable. I did not have time to go wait in line to see about changing to what we paid for. In the morning, my wife went to take a shower and the tub was plugged. Overall a bad experience that I am not at all pleased with.

Summary: I recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience to be fairly average. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but some areas could use a bit of updating. The staff was polite but not particularly attentive. Basic amenities were available, though nothing stood out. Overall, it's a decent place for a short stay, but there's room for improvement in service and overall atmosphere.

Summary: Absolutely great value for the dollar. Friendly staff. The only hiccough was when I went to use the iron and it ruined my shirt. Went to reception and asked the lady to have a new one put in my room. She neglected to do it. I did end up getting one by asking another lady at the reception later.

Summary: Front desk staff very friendly. BUT I could not get them on the phone. Always had to go to front desk. Tried several different times Taking a shower the water would drain so slow I was more than ankle deep in water. It was the weekend so only solution was wait until Monday or possibly change rooms My key card consistently stopped working - every time I went out. Had to go to front desk to reprogram it each time. Clearly no maintenance on weekends
