Summary: We had a very comfortable stay. Staff was excellent. Good breakfast. It is an older building so it is a bit dated but very clean.

Summary: I booked 2 two rooms for a business trip. First off the front desk folks were kind and helpful. It's a 2 star hotel so judge accordingly whether that means you should always settle for the hotels standards. Single ply toilet paper. Dry bread, a continental breakfast with next to nothing to choose from. Soft apples. No yogurt. No water put out in case you'd like a glass of water. The chocolate bar from the vending was machine was totally melted. Even with all that, I tried to give the hotel another chance by trying a late booking directly and asking if they would match the Hotels.com rate from a previous night...which they instead offerered a different rare from Wyndham. In the end, we decided to pay more at another Hotel and stay elsewhere instead of feeling like we were being played for a sucker. Nice front desk experience when we checked in and needed a charger, but overall a pretty mediocre hotel that is deservant of its 2 star rating.

Summary: Customer service was excellent. We were able to have a late checkout with no issues. Some of the plugs were not working in the room was our only issue.

Summary: This is a 'rough' hotel. Holes in walls just patched over, security latch broken etc. The bed was OK on its steel frame. Bathroom was quite small but clean as was the washbasin outside the bathroom. It was barely OK for myself for one night but had my wife been there, we would have left.
