Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was phantominal. It was quite and centrally located for us. Wish the breakfast was better. Would stay again.

Summary: It’s was decent experience clean lobby area but the guest room bathroom was not so clean a lot of hair in the shower area but overall it’s a nice lodging experience

Summary: Bathroom outdated ,with rusty tissue box.Outlet covers yellowing.Beds were beautiful , comfortable and clean. The front entrance could use some real flowers in the flower bed. ( not old faded fake flowers and weeds.)

Summary: Staff was very friendly. It was super quiet. Plenty of parking. It was near places to eat. The only drawback was the free breakfast. It was just a white lunch bag with a muffin, fruit cup, juice and water. But that wasn't a deal breaker by any means. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Front desk staff was excellent. The only thing needing improvement is the coffee maker in the room was not clean, and the bes was a little too firm for my liking. But overall, I would stay here again, and would definitely recommend!

Summary: The facilities were clean and the front disk staff were quite responsive to simple requests. My biggest issues were with the provided free breakfast and the lack of room service during my stay. 4 ounces of juice, a similar amount of fruit cocktail, a small muffin and a bottle of water does not meet my expectations for breakfast. Regarding the in room service, given that I was there for 5 nights, I expected that someone would, at a minimum, come in and empty the trash at least every other day. There was no in room service during my entire stay. The other thing I found disconcerting was the total lack of information available in the room. I'm accustomed to there being a clock or clock radio and some printed information about services available and attractions in the area. These things were all missing. I understand cutting back on in room services due to staffing shortages, but guests should be given this information in printed form, not just verbally. It doesn't cost an arm and leg to print up a brief list of what the guest can and cannot expect. I arrived there after being on the road for 11 hours and was too tired to truly appreciate the everything the front desk clerk told me. As for the lack of a clock and/or radio, those were presumably there pre-pandemic. It doesn't cost anything to leave them there. What was the reason for removing them? It's not like the room was renovated during the pandemic.

Summary: The staff was really nice. The doors had to be slammed shut to be shut. So in the middle of the night people were slamming the doors. The lobby smelled like a old hospital or something. There was suppose to be breakfast and only seen coffee in the lobby.
