Summary: I booked 2 rooms with this hotel and spoke with a registration member. I was won over by the fact of a pool, and traveling with 3 children 4 and under, thats a deal breaker. The gentlemen messaged the hotel to make sure the pool was fully operational, and stated it was. When I arrived, the pool was closed and had been. I couldn't get a refund and had to stay where I didn't want too!

Summary: Nice staff, comfortable bed and pillows, clean room and bathroom. Appreciated the free breakfast. Did have a mild lingering smoke smell in the hallway but not inside the non smoking room 🙂.

Summary: 5 stars all around. We drove from Michigan to Kentucky for a wedding. The Ramada was the perfect stay for what we needed. A clean bed, hot shower, and breakfast. The pool and hot tub was a bonus. The staff was all friendly not one bad interaction with anyone. The breakfast choices were great, all though I do wish there was a waffle maker but the B&G were awesome. 10/10 would come back and stay again. Thanks Ramada!

Summary: The room linens were clean. Lacey at the front desk was very helpful. My complaint comes on the next morning at the breakfast area. There was very little out when we arrived at 8:30 a.m. No bread for toast. I ate a small muffin which was not very good. The lady attendant seemed irritated to be there. Then the day manager came in & grabbed some food along with the attendant & left the room & went to eat in the lobby. The eggs I heard were very bad & the little strips of bacon were chewy.
