Positive: The staff was nice, the room and hallways and lobby were clean. There was a restaurant downstairs, it was tasty. There was a Starbucks in the lobby. At check in, we were given discount cards for the full service restaurant and for the breakfast room. The manufacturer mall was across the street and everything was fairly close and easy to get to.
Negative: The check in clerk said she upgraded us to a suite when we arrived. We went to the room and it had two full beds instead of the king bed I booked. The Starbucks didn't take our Starbucks gift card. There was a parking fee for our vehicle. There was a charge for 2 water bottles in the room.
Summary: It was a good stay. I felt safe, the bed was soft and so were the pillows. It was also fairly quiet
