The home was intentionally designed without carpet, rugs, and curtains as they can attract dust and sand. Windows have been treated with reflective tint for added privacy. The space is open, free from unnecessary clutter. The home comes equipped with several amenities so you can pack lightly. Getaways are intended to be peaceful, relaxing, and hassle free. Standing next to the majestic ocean rejuvenates the soul and nothing should take away from that experience.
With 4 balconies across two levels, we have maximized your ability to soak in invigorating views of the surrounding nature. The property sits between wetlands and the gulf, truly offering stunning views from all angles. Sitting just steps from the ocean, you can relax to the soothing sound of the waves kissing the shoreline and feel the crisp breeze refreshen your senses. For a different flavor, gaze over the wetlands to spot beautiful birds from amongst 200 species, soaring over Brazoria's Wildlife Refuge.
Sitting on the outskirts of Surfside as beachfront, oceanfront, and wetland front, the property offers the best of all worlds. Far enough to lend to a feeling of seclusion yet still conveniently close enough to indulge in shopping, dining, and other activities.
