Summary: We loved our time at this beautiful home. It had plenty of room for us, was very close to everything we needed and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The host was awesome and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in the atea!

Summary: Everything about this property was perfect for my family's stay during a recent baseball tournament at Lake Point. The home was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. It was only a short drive to games at Lake Point and to nearby shopping for cooking at home/restaurants for nearby dining. Our host was gracious and communicative when we had questions and would absolutely recommend for other families looking for the extra conveniences of staying in a home versus a hotel.

Summary: Me and my son stayed here for a baseball tournament at Lakepoint. The hoise was very nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood and always felt safe. The owner of the probably was easy to communicate with and made sure we had easy access upon our arrival. Awesome place on the Etowah River.

Summary: We rented this place to be close to all our family at Christmas and it was great. The property is so pretty, we enjoyed the fire area a lot. It’s very clean and tidy inside, and everything was comfortable. We cooked all our meals there, and with the exception of only one metal baking dish and serving bowl, we had plenty of plates and glasses and coffee mugs. They have those great black washcloths for makeup removal, and just enough towels for everyone. There is a washer and dryer if you want a fresh towel every day. I usually hang and use mine twice. It’s only a few miles to a great Ingall’s grocery store, and easy to access major roads, but still reasonably peaceful by a slightly busy road. The property is really pretty. I’d go again for sure.

Summary: Very clean home. It is well stocked with things like toilet paper, soap, there were waters in the fridge. The beds were comfy. The kitchen and bathroom were nice and clean. The backyard is nice with mature trees and landscape. Bring tennis shoes or something to walk down to the river. It's a little bit steep, not too bad, and rocky. It's beautiful down there. The home is very close to cartersville. There's a chevron gas station very close for snacks and drinks. We were happy here

Summary: Good location near family and shower venue. House equipped with everything we needed. Clean, convenient check in and call from mgmt company to see if we had any questions etc. To back this a 5+ rating…add better lighting (not able to read in bed…only one night stand light) and one more comfy chair to living room. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!
