Summary: House was in a quiet neighborhood a few miles from town loved it nice and quiet. House had everything we needed and then some plenty of space for all my family and mother in law would highly recommend for anyone coming to the area.

Summary: Three couples needed a place to stay while visiting family for an event. We mostly used this home for sleeping but it is set up for much more. We were impressed with the cleanliness, the email updates from the owners, the clear instructions and directions. It was very spacious with plenty of seating. Kitchen was well designed and organized. There were plenty of plates, utensils, cups and cookware. They even had some spices if you needed them. The Keurig got a workout. There was plenty of ice for our use and the fridge had plenty of space. It too was clean. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, with great pillows. The shades kept the room darker in the morning if you are light sensitive. The showers and bathrooms had numerous towels, good water pressure and hot water. The only thing that could have made it better was a ceiling fan, however there was a box fan we put to good use. The chairs on the back patio were comfortable and the view and quietness were appreciated. We also viewed numerous deer and a couple ducks. There were some outdoor swings and activities for kids. Inside there were books, puzzles and a few games. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Summary: The booking was for a group of fiends riding motorcycles in the Hill Country. The home was exactly as presented in the listing, access code worked perfectly, and the garage was great for parking motorcycles overnight. A very friendly neighbor stopped by a couple mornings to ask about the motorcycles and where we planned to ride. The home had everything needed including laundry. Power outlets near every bed and felt like “home” for a few days. If we were in the area again this is the home we will stay in!

Summary: My family and I were in Kerrville for a wedding and I booked this home online. It was beautiful, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. The host left a variety of snacks and lots of brochures/info of things to do in the area. We also found Kerrville to be such a great place to visit. Everyone was so friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Summary: The houses and pictures are just like the ones in the listing. Property location was perfect, not directly in town but still close enough to town. Back porch sitting and watching the wild life was very relaxing. The house is fully furnished to includes kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Host were exceptional, got in touch with us the day of arrival. Provided phone numbers in case we needed anything. We will definitely will be staying here again in the future.

Summary: The Vaughn's were amazing hosts. They reached out to us the day of arrival, provided both cell numbers. If we needed anything. The house location was perfect for us. It was super clean, full furnished to include cookware, utensils, drinkware, coffee pot, and bathroom necessities. We purchased a small grill and left there for future guest. We will add this house to our favorite list and look forward to staying with the Vaughn's in the future.
