Have 5 areas for sleeping (10 people), but have lofts, couches, sofa sleepers, air mattresses, crib, etc can accommodate up to 14 in 5000 sq ft. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedrooms downstairs in a fully finished basement. $150 cleaning fee.
9' & 10' ceilings on first floor. 9' ceilings in basement. Open floor plan. Dinette is a hearth room with 2 way fireplace. Master bedroom with picture window, vaulted ceiling Master bath w/separate vanities, whirlpool tub, Large kitchen with breakfast bar and open hearth room.
Playset in backyard with new 2 level 1000+sf composite deck with access from either upstairs or walk-out basement.

Summary: Wanda has a beautiful home with plenty of space for a large group but it would also be suitable for a small family. Though it is in a quiet residential neighborhood, it is close to restaurants and shopping which is very convenient. We had 7 family members that stayed and we had more than enough room to spend time together or have some privacy when needed. We were able to cook family meals in the gorgeous kitchen and we even did a couple loads of laundry. The guys played football in the back yard while the ladies visited by the fireplace. Staying here was so much better than being stuck in a hotel room. We were all very happy with our stay.

Summary: My one sister and her husband, my baby sister, husband and two kids, my mom and me and my husband went to a wedding at the Embassy Theatre in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I wanted a place where we could all be together and have a mini reunion since we all live in different states. Wanda's house was the perfect place to stay. Lots of room and everyone had a place to sleep. The neighborhood was safe and very quiet. The location was good, it only took us 15 minutes to get to the theatre. Shopping was close by and it was easy to get around. Wanda was helpful in recommending a restaurant and helpful in dealing with how things worked in her home. If your looking for space this is the place to rent.

Summary: This house worked well for our group of 8. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, and it is 15 minutes from the airport. The kitchen was outfitted with enough items which allowed us to prepare a few breakfasts as well. Overall, a success! The house was clean and ready for our stay. The owner does have a dog, so naturally there might be hair or dander about. Just something to be aware of if anyone has allergies.

Summary: This was the perfect home for us. We brought a team of 9 people to a conference in Fort Wayne and were able to stay comfortably in this home. The owner, Wanda, was easily accessible through email. She answered all my questions, gave clear instructions and was friendly and gracious in all our communications. The home is large, spacious and absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood was a quiet friendly suburb. My wife and I went for a long walk and everyone we encountered were very friendly. I would highly recommend this home to anyone particularly those with a large group.

Summary: Wanda (the owner) was fantastic and the rental house was clean,just as pictured and beautiful. The location is great with easy access to the highway and to restaurants and shopping. My family of 5 had a blast and were able to enjoy visiting my family in town and relax at the house. We will definitely be back the next time we go to visit my family in Indiana! Thanks Wanda!
