Summary: Host was great and flexible. Enjoyed the property. Pool warm. Only thing I would change is the thermostat that keeps defaulting to “chilly” at nighttime (62). We had to keep turning it up. Manually. But that doesn’t change the 5 star rating. My wife and I and are boys all enjoyed our stay and holiday there.

Summary: We had a lovely stay and fell absolutely in love with this location. It is close to absolutely everything and walking distance to the river which our kids loved. Tom was a very responsive host and we appreciated everything.

Summary: We had such a nice time at this property. Home was clean, neighborhood quiet, and the location was close to restaurants and shopping. We had everything we needed for a long weekend in the desert. The owner was very responsive when booking and provided a manual via email prior to arrival which answered any questions that came up during our stay. Very happy with this rental and look forward to visiting again.

Summary: We found the home exceptionally clean. Everything looked brand new and sparkly. Loved the pool during the day and the firepit at night. Ideally located to the River made walking easy and accessibility to many restaurants.

Summary: My family thoroughly enjoyed the lovely heated pool and outdoor fire pit! Kitchen was well-equipped and beds were amazingly comfortable!! Tom, owner, was quick to respond to our questions during our stay. The mountain views and location were ideal.

Summary: My 3 girlfriends and I celebrated our 40th birthdays in Rancho Mirage, it was really great. The house is located close to everything, right by the River Mall, close to El Paseo, the Ritz Carlton Rancho Mirage is awesome up on the hill nearby and only about 15 minutes to downtown Palm Springs. This house is awesome for friends, great tanning pool, private and very cool. Thanks for having us!

Summary: We had an amazing time at this tranquil vacation getaway. Love the modern architecture and furnishings. The pool area and firepit were quite beautiful and enjoyable. Perfect for families or a couple's getaway - quite a versatile property. And we absolutely loved the neighborhood taking walks and admiring the mountains in the backdrop. Very close to The River outdoor shopping area - with its beautiful fountain sitting area. This home is definitely a worthwhile vacation destination!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay over the 4th of July, it WAS HOT!!! The house is great, cool inside, awesome pool with tanning shelf in the back. We look forward to coming back during the cooler months. Tom was great to work with and the house was just as advertised, we definitely recommend this house if you are coming to the desert.
