Summary: Everything was perfect. From the welcome at the gate, a quick and informative check in process, the spa with the best deep tissue massages, dinner, breakfast, drinks, it was a perfect place for a quick getaway.

Summary: Casitas and property is stunning! Rooms are clean and comfortable. We went with kids age 10 and 8 and they loved the pool and our room. Only areas for improvement are: 1) staffing the family pool during the week, not just the weekend. It's a SPENDY place to not have somebody taking lunch and drink orders at the pool. We had to dial in the order and wait a fairly long time to get it. 2) Food is VERY mediocre, and of course incredibly over-priced for what it is. 3) The amount of plastic water bottles used is a little embarrassing; seems they could get with the eco-program and find a better way to do this without all the waste. Hoping that the ramp-up after COVID may bring the service and food program up a notch. I'd need that to return at this price tag!

Summary: Loved everything about our stay. The staff is outstanding - they go above and beyond to accommodate their guests and they are beyond friendly and engaged. The spa was outstanding. Treatments and fitness classes were thoroughly enjoyable. The food was delicious. Our accommodations were lovely.
