Summary: The location is good, the room we got was amazing with a really good beach view in the 6th floor and at the end of the corridor (very quiet). Because corona and because no membership we couldnt use the swimming pool and other facilities. Also no restaurant open. But delivery food is allowed. We missed some basic amenties like tooth paste and lotion.

Summary: The surcharge for the pool should be noted in their advertising. There was a strange and bad smell coming from outside the window. The buffet breakfast is somewhat limited. Otherwise very comfortable.

Summary: This was our first trip to Jeju and we opted to try the Raon. We experienced issues with a damaged shower, but the staff quickly allowed us to move to a different room. Staff is very customer-oriented and friendly. Having a 7-11 convenience store in the lobby really came in handy during our stay. Only drawback with the location is that it is not near any shopping areas or restaurants so it is best to get a rental car -- nearest ones are located at the beach which is 1.5 km away. The beach is a really nice one with excellent views of the nearby island. There is also a unique stone statue park near the beach that is relaxing and interesting to walk through.

Summary: Hotel is good if you come for golf. They have shuttle to Airport every hour with no charge. Its one hr distance from Airport. Only location problem for none gulf player.

Summary: Nice hotel. Decent, spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Due to a mix up at check-in resulting from language difficulties they gave me free tickets to the pool, the Ma Park horse show, the zoo and gokarting which I thought was very generous. For this reason I couldn’t give any less than 5 stars. The free airport shuttle is very convenient as it’s about an hour away. You can walk to the beach in less than half an hour and it’s safe to do so. The breakfast was ok, but it’s quite Korean, no pastries. I would certainly recommend this hotel, especially if you want to play golf.

Summary: Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Electric plug unavailable at the head of the bed. Bus for the airport each 30 min. 25 min by walk 5 min by bus.
