Summary: Quirky hotel. Rooms very comfortably and homely. Right next to arena which is very handy if you are going to the concert, but can be a little annoying if you are not. There was a dance party on a Saturday night and the deep bass thump thump was coming through the room… I would guess this didnt happen often and no fault of the hotel

Summary: Silent and clean Hotel. Good breakfast! Close to Subway Station. WiFi is terribly bad! For Business Travelers absolutely not acceptable! No-Go!!!

Summary: Arrived late caused by traffic on Autobahn. However this hotel is very special and unique from other hotels we usually visit. The hotels exterior is covered in wood. Super modern look and has a natural appeal to it. But the structure itself is made of concrete so idk how Eco-friendly the whole matter is. + for friendly staff, warm room and really clean and tidy. Since I come from the Nordic I can only refer to a Sauna in total, with all birch wood, wood essence & temperature. Cool experience, but slightly overpriced I would say.

Summary: This was a very enjoyable stay, all the staff were first class. It was so good to find that talking in English was no problem. The only criticism was that he shower had no limit on the heat so one has to be very careful in its use.the hotel was super clean.

Summary: Nice modern hotel. If you expect a luxurious traditional hotel don't book it. Environment is 'key' in this hotel. All decoration is with real wood and natural material, the soap is natural friendly, the food is also healthy (good quality). Employees are proud to work for this eco friendly hotel and are very helpful and supporting. Area is green and a running course is in front of the hotel. You need a car to go to the center of Hamburg.

Summary: The building is striking: wood clad outside and (mostly) inside, with a commitment to sustainability showing in various details. It is located in Hamburg's green belt is pleasant, with fast and easy access to the city by train, but the local area is not so interesting. Half of the rooms face the railroad line to Hamburg, which can be noisy. But the other half, including the room where we stayed, are quiet.

Summary: Our requirements for the trip were to have a hotel slightly outside the centre of Hamburg, in a quiet area, easy to park the car. The hotel fulfilled these requirements very well. The city centre was about 12 km from the hotel, easily reachable by car or by S-bahn (commuter rail) which was a five minute walk from the hotel. For the rail trip, buy the EUR 12 ticket that allows up to 5 people to travel from 09.00 through to well after midnight, within a two-zone area. Reception staff were helpful and polite, room was spacious and clean, bathroom modern, and surrounds were a mix of residential buildings 3-10 storeys high (contemporary design with interesting/fun architecture), leisure facilities including a pool, and a small wooded area nearby. Expect a fair number of kids on field trips coming to the area, to learn about nature. Atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. There's a buffet breakfast available (not included in the room cost), as well as a cheap alternative - coffee and croissant - but if you want croissants, make sure you don't come too late. Parking is EUR 12 per 24-hour period, indoors or outdoors. We parked outdoors with a new car and had no problems. If youare looking for good accommodation cheaper than what would be available in the centre of town, and are prepared to travel 15-20 minutes to Hamburg centre by car or S-bahn train, then we highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: We had 3 nights here while visiting Hamburg on holiday. Location was convenient to the S-Bahn, with a train every 10 minutes to/from the Hbf, so we could get anywhere quickly. Staff were helpful. The restaurant & bar was lively - we had a drink at the bar, but didn’t try the restaurant though patrons were enjoying themselves. The room was clean, with nice timber fit out. However, it didn’t have any tea/coffee facilities in the room. We were able to get a cup of hot water from the bar. Make sure to use the “do not disturb” sign since housekeeping arrives quite early.
