Summary: The location was perfect for us. We wanted to be on the lake with beautiful views and this property offered exactly that. The two aspects that I wish were different were the laundry situation and the quality of the pans available for guests to use. I thought the laundry was going to be in the unit, which it is not, and when I went to use the facilities the door was locked. I brought my clothes to a wash and fold to get cleaned and Lori, the property manager, kindly reimbursed me for my troubles. I cooked dinner a couple of nights, and was disappointed with the condition of the pans I had to use. They were very scratched and stained. All and all it was a nice stay and Lori was helpful and responsive.

Summary: Loved this unit and Lori was very flexible in alllowing us to check in just a little earlier as we were coming from another location close by and were killing time. The place was clean and the view was amazing.

Summary: This is a great location with walking proximity to Kings Beach. Has an amazing view of the lake and has a comfortable living space to hang out in. The pool is really nice and is also right on the lake.
