Luxury at its finest in this 2,900+ sq. ft., professionally decorated, 4 bedroom / 3 bath, oceanfront condo. Huge 900+ balcony with a built in Jenn Aire Grill, is just the start. (1/2 covered and 1/2 uncovered and easily twice the size of every other balcony in the building) is outfitted with a 6 top dining table and cushioned chairs, an L shaped couch, 2 chaise lounges, and 2 resin back rockers. There are 6 wall mounted flat screen HDTV's throughout this condo, all with DVD players. . The 1st master bedroom has a sunken tub, 2 granite sinks, a separate shower with 2 shower heads, a make up station, 8’ sliding glass doors with balcony access, a king bed, a wall mounted tv, and a rocker recliner. The 2nd master suite features a king bed, 8' sliding glass doors with balcony access, a wall mounted tv, a swivel glider, & a walk in closet. The 3rd master suite has a queen bed, 2 wall mounted hdtv's with built in dvd players, a desk, a daybed w/ trundle, 8' sliding glass doors with balcony access and a huge walk in shower. The 4th bedroom has 2 twins beds. There is also a laundry room with a full capacity, high efficiency, washer and dryer.
Enjoy breathtaking views from every window in the condo. You will love the "huge" state of the art kitchen with granite counters, an island, 2 separate sinks and stainless steel appliances. This condo also features high speed wireless internet, multiple dvd players, 10' ceilings, and a 50" smart wall hung tv with a dvr, in the living room.
Ocean Vistas was built just a few years ago and offers a full workout room with the latest equipment including built in tv's on the equipment.They also have a fully furnished 2nd floor lounge and sundeck along with a 70" hdtv, pool table, and a fireplace in the club room. The conference room has a copy machine, fax, and computer with internet access,. This building also boasts a heated oceanfront "salt water" pool, hot tub, fire pit, and multiple tables, chairs, and chaise lounges along the ocean. Most realtors in the area refer to this building as the "crown jewel of the beach"
In the summer, the county usually has a lifeguard stand, food truck, and rental truck parked on the beach in front of our building. This condo does come equipped with beach chairs, and beach towels and toys.. And corn hole boards on the balcony.

Summary: This is our second stay at this property and Im sure we will be back. Great for big groups.. Has everything you could possibly need and even some things you didnt know you needed. Tons of space. Huge patio is nice. Craig does a great job as host and makes sure you are taken care of. The overall property is excellent with a great pool, common area and acess to the beach. Close to many great restaurants and shopping. I cant imagine there is a better place to stay in Daytona Beach.

Summary: The property owner met me upon check in and gave me a full tour of the property. The rental was huge, very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and beach towels. We don’t use any of the beach things like chairs or toys so we can’t comment on the quality. Rental providers two parking spaces but the spaces are small so be prepared to do many 12 point turns to accommodate large vehicles. Only things I would recommend is a deep cleaning of the carpets or removing the carpets and replacing with a more durable and allergen friendly flooring and a few more bath towels would have been great. I would definitely stay again.

Summary: The condo was as advertised. A large patio was very nic since there were 11 of us, plus periodic visitors. We had a 7-month old and there was a highchair and pack&play available. We also had 5 & 2 year olds who loved the heated pool since weather was a little cooler than preferred. Even though we couldn't spend as much time on the beach as we had hoped due to cooler temps, the condo was very comfortable for our group. The kitchen was well-stocked. We had no issues during our stay and Craig was very responsive to any questions we had and offered suggestions for things to do. Security is a high priority for the building, which made it more comforting with small kids.

Summary: This unit at Ocean Vistas is a stunning condo! Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great views of the ocean from the HUGH deck. Our host, Craig, was very helpful in the check-in process with a personal tour of the property and was very accommodating throughout our stay. The condo is well stocked, including laundry supplies and extra kitchen cleaning supplies. Parking was very convenient, with easy access to the condo. Pool area was very lovely with lots of seating. This is a top notch property that I hope to visit again next year. I highly recommend it.

Summary: The property was elegantly & decorated beautifully! Completely stocked w/ anything you could possibly need on your trip. Plenty of space to spread out. The beds were extremely comfortable. The host was personable, efficient and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property.

Summary: This was the best place we have stayed at in Daytona. Craig was great and answered any questions we may have had. The place was great and fully stocked with everything from games to beach equipment. We are already looking to come back.

Summary: This is handsdown my favorite property to stay in Daytona. I have rented about 10 different VRBO's in the area and will no longer look for another one. Craig was absolutely amazing and always available when needed. We had 0 issues while we stayed. The pictures really do not do this place justice. My wife, 6 month old and 3 year old stayed with our friends who have a 7 month old and 12 year old. Everyone had a wonderful time, we had plenty of space and all the amenities needed. We are already planning a trip back beginning of next year.
