Positive: Home away from home, we had the room to relax in and the views were amazing, we wished we had have had the time to spend a couple more days here. We were allocated chalet 11A.

Negative: Having to pick up the key from a hotel which is 8kms away from the property and then in the morning we had to return the key back to the hotel, this wasn’t satisfactory for us especially when there was a lock key box at the door of the chalet. Although it was clear enough about no linen supplied, we were lucky to have our own with us however for the price that you pay to stay at the chalet, one would expect towels, linen for beds, tea towels and a few basic supplies like tea, coffee & milk. Sorry for the grumbles but you would have way more bookings if you supplied these basic items.

Summary: More than pleasant, we would stay again.

Positive: Accomodation was perfect, nice, clean, everything you nedd was there.

Negative: To check in and check out you nedd to pick uo the key in the hotel which is 10 min car drive away. Coming from other direction this means that you have to calculate 20 min extra time and driving costs in the evening and the same 20 min trip in the morning which was even more inconvenient because we were hurrying for the trek to leave early. No way to leave the key somewhere in the cottage, the stuff very uncooperative. They dont answer emails, calling them we were informed: it is already 10 years like this to pick up and return the key in the hotel and they will not change it ( beause its 21st century). Never heard about keybox???

Summary: Cottage perfect, checkin-out terribly inconvinient
