Positive: A stay at Ravana Garden was the true definition of luxury in harmony with nature. This boutique property is located in a beautiful setting between rice fields and the Indian Ocean, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally warm, helpful, and always ready to meet your expectations. Special thanks go to manager Nalin, Iresha, and Lakshitha for creating homely atmosphere and the feeling of being truly cared for. Organic food was served without artificial ingrediences. Auyrvedic treatments were ideal to relax.

Positive: Ravana is one of the place in Sri lanka that has touched us immensely... The team became like a family towards us, the special touches and little surprises for our honeymoon was so much appreciated. If you are looking to reconnect with your inner self, with nature and your well being this is the place to be. The food was fresh, healthy and so full of flavours. Kitchen team well done. The service staff was so kind and attentive. The doctors were helpful and gave fruitful advice thank you Iresha. We enjoyed every day of our stay.. They organised a scenic and breathtaking hike and picnic, and a lovely dinner under the stars... The whole team is doing a marvelous job at Ravana thanks to the resort manager for his kind hospitality. We had the most memorable experience. We were so grateful and sad to leave.. Totally recommend.

Positive: We enjoyed the warm welcome and very friendly service during out 7 days stay. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were outstanding regarding quality and taste, varity of all dishes. Additionally we used the relaxing massages and enjoyed all other services and support by the staffs. The concept of the hotel regarding sustainability and individual service is exceptionell.
Negative: We can only give positive feedback.

Positive: Having been fortunate enough to have stayed at the hotel and been the only guests for 3 out of the 8 days we were there. This gave us a unique experience of the hotel and the staff. We felt like we had our own private hotel. The hotel has a very local feel to it with an impression of being submerged in the forest surrounded by greenery. So much wildlife and the sound of the ocean constant crashing on the beach The team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome comfortable and at home. As an eco hotel with full board we were not sure how it would be and if we would enjoy the experience. The locally sourced fresh food was amazing and could not be faulted. We could not help but leave empty plates after every meal. We would highly recommend viewing the video on the iPad provided in the room. This will give you a better idea of the resort and how it works. If travelling with younger kids or fussy eaters the hotel was very flexible and help making some simple foods for it 4 year old son. We were lucky enough to visit Sri Lanka at New Year and the team were very kind to arrange a special breakfast and involve us with the traditional ceremonies, celebrations and games and even planting the trees❤️ After this vacation we felt so comfortable we almost felt like we were at home. I’m sure everyone has different experiences and when visiting new places but our was just perfect for us. We would highly recommend this resort to any of our friends or anyone planning to visit Sri Lanka. We would like to thank our hosts, again, for the amazing time we had in the Ravana Garden resort! Will be back for sure ♥️

Positive: This is a wonderful, small hotel off the beaten track. The staff (including Dilki, Lakshitha and Malith) were all very friendly and helpful. The food was different at every meal and cooked from local ingredients. Every dish was a surprise and very delicious. We ate vegetarian food. The hotel is dedicated to sustainability. The swimming pool was very nice. To swim in the sea you have to walk quite far along the beach. Our room had a fantastic view of the beach. There was plenty of wildlife to see. We went on a cycling tour through the village which was a great experience. The local river safari is definitely worth it for bird spotting and the sunset. We loved it here
Negative: We had an open air shower but it had very little water in it, so very difficult to shower. The WiFi was slow, especially in the bedroom

Positive: The staff couldn’t do enough to please us, everyone was exceptionally kind and helpful, a big thank you to Dikki. The care for sustainability and the local community must be praised Stunning surrounding on an amazing beach.
Negative: The common areas could do with a bit of care and few elements of deco, develop the bar on the first floor. We asked to have lunch up there and the view is amazing People must be aware that you can’t swim near the hotel (the ocean is rough snd dangerous) and must walk along the beach to reach a swimming area.
