Positive: Very relaxed atmosphere. Polite and friendly staff, Plenty to do on the complex. With an excellent location .

Negative: Didn’t think the reception was open late enough in the evenings - I have to ring the emergency out of hours number because the boiler was sounding an alarm . I ring the first time was on hold a good 15 mins- no answer. Rang a second time after 10 mins was answered and told it was safe and someone would be out to look at it the following day. Not consistent enough on the information about the opening of the swimming pool .

Positive: Good place to stay with kids. Good outside activities for kids.

Negative: Main entry to RCN area is always closed at 23:00. You can not able to enter after that, even you have rented a room or even your family is inside. Very much disappointted.

Positive: The facility was in nature. It was quiet and nice to take some walk.

Negative: The house was not clean. There were crumbs all over the couch. You could put a little shampoo or at least a hand soap. I'm a little disappointed.
