Positive: Very clean apartment, exactly what we expected. Would stay here again.
Negative: To note: Key pick up and drop off is around 1km from the apartment. We had a car so wasn't an issue for us.

Negative: Had to pick up the keys from a separate location. First visit to Canberra so this was a bit daunting.

Negative: The only issue is the key pick up is on the next suburb, so you probably need some form of transport if you are staying there. An uber would probably be $10 AUD return to the property. I actually lived next door to the property and was in the middle of moving out cleaning so rented a place in walking distance and was surprised by this detail. But otherwise everything was fantastic.

Negative: The key pick up and drop off was painful and I would not return here because of it. The keys are a taxi ride away and have to be returned. No thank you.

Positive: Nice quiet location with a beautiful park view, only a couple of minutes drive to Parliament House
Negative: Poor amenities, there was no soap in the bathroom. Need to get keys from safety box at a different location which is 1km away.
