Summary: The property was OK. Wasnt as clean as it should be. Dirt in corners of bathroom floor. Pet hair on furniture. Had a strong musty smell. Faucets in tub need replaced. Great deck to sit on.

Summary: We stayed here because mother inlaw lives right around the corner and she had a zoo full. Was nice when the rain hit we were close enough to come back to our place and get peace from everybody else. Slept in the front room and felt like I was being peeped on all weekends with no curtains.

Summary: Traveling for a baseball tourney at City- County. This property was close enough to the complex, but far enough to avoid the hustle bustle and traffic of town. Property is exactly as advertised. I could have easily given more than 5 stars on a few elements, including owner communication, check-in process and cleanliness. There was nothing we needed that was not provided. Very well remodeled and furnished. The deck is wonderful, beds were comfy (which is rare, so thank you! 😊) Thanks for a great, convenient stay!

Summary: The cottage on the channel at Big Barbee chain of lakes was as pictured any as described. The host was responsive to questions, prior to, during, and after our stay. It was a quiet neighborhood with a dock right outside the back door! The back deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening relaxing!

Summary: A small group of us had an event on Wawasee, and this cute little place was only a 20 min country drive away. Beautiful area, quiet and right on the channel. Beautiful sunrises! The place was very clean and checking in/out was a breeze. Very friendly hosts!
