Summary: The house was very close to The Catholic Univ. of America, so it was convenient for graduation weekend! The house had plenty of space with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and was very neat and clean. Carlos was very prompt in answering any of our questions. The only thing I would recommend would be a blind on the kitchen door. That's it...great house!

Summary: Clean and meets basic needs for a family trip to Washington DC if your going to drive or Uber everywhere. Seemed like more of a up and coming neighborhood. The property is super close to shops, stores and restaurants. I would of liked a bit more instructions on what to do with garbage and the kitchen window really needs a blind. Looks like the owner is working on updates in between rentals and doing a good job.

Summary: The house was a great space for 3 of us to spread out. Location felt safe and convenient to use Uber to get around. Carlos was available to answer all questions. I would highly recommend this get away.

Summary: The house was great. Some great renovations done. The bedrooms on the main floor get really cold at night (we stayed in November.) The neighborhood is fairly sketchy, however didn't have any real issues. Rhode Island Ave Metro stop also a little sketchy.

Summary: We enjoyed the modern kitchen area, bedrooms on 3 levels, modern kitchen, deck with comfortable seating & a grill. We even did some laundry! A smoke alarm was "beeping" & immediately batteries were sent over upon our arrival. We enjoyed the convenient location & hope to return!
