Summary: Reasonably priced. Location worked well for our needs. Two rugs had edges that had rolled up and were serious trip hazards. Bathroom could have been cleaned better.

Summary: We really liked the property. Clean, good bed. Easy to Uber to the Capital area. Only one thing more...whatever the upstairs family is cooking you get a really good smell of it. We had garlic air freshener for 2 nights and fish aroma on the 3rd but we would still stay there again.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here for three nights. The apartment is well air conditioned and ventilated. There are plenty of pots and pans and also a couple cookie sheets if you want to cook. We did not do any cooking.. We would definitely come again.

Summary: Perfect for a long weekend in DC. We did not have a car but rode public transportation and walked everywhere. Everything we needed was easily accessible: coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment. Christopher was very communicative. The apartment was perfect! Clean, comfortable, well-appointed. Nice neighborhood (and had space for a car). We were less than 30 minutes from the Smithsonian museums and enjoyed our days there touring Arlington Cemetery, the Holocaust Museum, taking a ghost walk, eating out, and enjoying a couple of musical concerts. The Metro system was very easy.

Summary: Our party of three enjoyed staying at this basement apartment. It is walking distance to the Brookland (5 min) train station. Very quiet neighborhood.We could hear the footsteps of the upstairs tennants some (it wasn't a problem for us). Rental is clean and has good ammenities. Kitchen had adequate dishes and utensiles, but is not set up for cooking much more than soup or frozen pizza. Overall we liked it and would stay here again if we came back to DC.
