Positive: Trevor was great and waited for our late arrival in the middle of the night. The room was great, very spacious, huge and comfy bed and clean bathroom. Wifi was strong and reliable. The guest house is located in a quiet side road, about 10min walk to the old center.
Negative: Would love to have a water dispenser on site to refill water bottles and reduce plastic bottles.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at Reconnecting. We arrived in Chiang Mai by bus early in the morning and Trevor (the owner of the hotel) offered us to rest in a small room until our room was ready for check-in. We managed to get enough sleep and recover, for which we are very grateful to the host! The hotel itself is small, only 3 rooms (if I’m not mistaken). But very clean, cozy, modern and spacious. It is located in a quiet side street, where you can not hear the noise and din of the city. I really liked the renovation in the hotel: it mixed together loft, minimalism, scandi and other styles, and got fusion beauty!) Everything is done with excellent, subtle taste and pleases the aesthetic eye! The bed is excellent, the air conditioner is silent, the bathroom, a large balcony, where my wife and I had breakfast and sometimes dinner. In general, the hotel has everything you need. Here you really feel at home: the kitchen, the library, the roof terrace - everything was at our disposal. The service and customer focus are at a high level: Trevor is always in touch via WhatsApp and is always ready to help solve any issue. The hotel is ideal in terms of price-quality ratio. We will definitely come back here during our next visit to Chiang Mai.
Negative: If you go by taxi, it’s gonna be quite challenge to find, because the hotel name is not on the map. A taxi driver from the bus station took us to the address indicated in the booking.com, inside the old city and we walked 1.5 km until we found Reconnecting. On the map you need to look for “Chiang Mai Life Church”, the hotel is opposite (there is no big sign, Reconnecting office is written in very small letters). There is an old black and white retro car next to the hotel.:)
