Summary: We stayed at the Chalet from 2-27 thru 3-3. The house was perfectly clean and new. Its very close to the Granite Peak and you can see the Ski hill from back of the house. The house also backs up to the river lake and was beautiful. Fully equiped kitchen and new appliances. I would say the only odd drawback for us - was the the Master bed room had a king bed- very compfortable. But the bed only came with a fitted flat sheet. It came with two twin flat sheets and two twin comforters. It did not come with complete king bedding. Up stairs the bunk beds only had flat sheets and thin blankets. It was a very cold week end. We made it work - but something to note. Over all a beautiful house and great stay. Also the Pac Man game was hit with the kids.

Summary: Our family stayed here during our ski trip to Granite Peak. It was very close to the resort which we loved. We would definitely stay here again on our next ski trip.

Summary: We're a family of 5 skiing at Granite Peak for the weekend and this home was perfect. 5 minutes from Granite Peak, so you can come home for dinner and go back for night skiing. Home has everything you could need- even a garage to dry out ski stuff. New home with big windows and Granite Peak in the distance!

Summary: House was “like new” - very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Spacious kitchen with open concept. Close to many Wausau attractions. Great space for couples/friends getaway. Would definitely recommend this property.

Summary: We loved the view, and the layout and decor of the home. The Pac-Man video game and board games and toys provided were also a nice addition to our stay.

Summary: We had a wonderful weekend at Wausau Chalet. It’s new and super clean and in a great location. Loved all the windows. Private patio overlooking the river. Huge tv. Amanda, our contact person, was available, helpful, and delightful. We would gladly go back to the Wausau Chalet!

Summary: Great central location. Everyone in our group was from Wausau, but no one still lives there. We were heading to The Packer game on Sunday but wanted to stay in Wausau before and after. The place was perfect for us. Would definitely rent again!!
