Summary: We parked in the parking garage you have to ring the bell to be let in, the employees didn't hear it because they both were outside taking a break. When asked if the door was locked at a certain time, they lied and said yes. I confirmed with another worker when I checked out. We had to walk around thru the ally in the dark its not the most safest place in olympia for 2 women to be walking, The Hotel doesn't have air conditioning. the bed was comfortable, and they have a later check out then most.

Summary: The front staff are very friendly and have great customer service. It a smooth check in process and easy accessible parking. The condition of the hotel needs upgrades and is outdated. The elevator is fast and easy accessible. The hallway had a bad lingering smell and carpets appeared to be stained and old. The condition of the room was not good. It smelled very badly in our room and it triggered my asthma attacks. The bathroom had mold, carpet was stained and had areas of hardened stains. The sliding door was left open and the front desk said that because there's no AC that was the reason why it was left open. The front desk was willing to reimburse us because of my health but we decided to stay since it was booked on Expedia and would need to contact them to get reimbursed. The fire alarm went off early in the morning around 6am and we had to evacuate in our sleep attire. We were about to leave and was allowed to return back to our room. We received no phone call from anyone when alarms were going off in the hallway.

Summary: Room was clean and modern, Check in and out staff were very friendly and helpful. There are all the stores, restaurants and bars within a very short walk. I will definitely stay at this location again.

Summary: Hotel called to cancel my reservation two hours before check in. Due to lack of air conditioning in the entire hotel. I feel the staff handled the situation well. Allowed me to change reservations to another Olympia with no fees or charges .

Summary: Check in was simple and Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable…BUT our room was GROSS! Carpets were nasty, bathroom smelled of old urine, tub/shower looked so gross we wouldn’t even use it… and the air conditioning didn’t work, so at floor seven the room was as hot of the seventh level of hell. Glad we were only there one night.

Summary: The stay was not great the hotel is very run down. The Ac was broken in the entire building and they didn’t have any fans to help with the heat. Ice machine on our floor was broken too. Bathroom was dirty stained blue and looked gross. Toilet didn’t flush. And overall the experience wasn't great. Wouldn’t stay again.

Summary: Overall, my wife and I had a nice stay here! The A/C was broken, which we were warned about during check-in, and the staff equipped us with a box fan. The fan plus the large sliding door in the unit helped keep us as comfortable as possible. Everything was clean, taking into account some stains on the floor and fitted sheet that were probably from wear over the years. The bed and pillows were comfortable enough and we weren’t disturbed by any other guests during our stay. The location was gorgeous. Everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance, including the show we attended the night of our stay, breakfast the following morning, and all the adorable shops downtown.
