Summary: My family had a wonderful time in this cabin. We had a counple of minor inconveniences (e.g., roughly 10 ants, no fish at this time, couldn'tget our kayaks to the dock) but overall the place had most everything we needed. I would highly recommend that someone chooses this spot for their next vacation.

Summary: This property was absolutely perfect for our getaway! Super close to the swans, Greers Ferry Dam, and the quaint downtown area. The owner was wonderful to work with. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Summary: This house had everything you need. Excellent location close to Heber Springs, and right on the river. Fishing was a little slow this weekend, but the kayaking was excellent. A great place for a family and a couple extra friends. The house was well stocked with everything you could need.

Summary: Checking in was a breeze! Dawn provided timely information and let us know about some local goings-on (fireworks show) that we probably would have missed. The property was nice. Between the moviessnd games inside and the dock outside (and everything in between) there were plenty of things to do. This made for a great base to do some fishing and explore that part of Arkansas.

Summary: Loves staying here. The dock and amenities were fantastic for our family. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and in the water. Cleaning station was a huge plus. Will be returning !

Summary: This property is spacious, very clean and well appointed! Dawn was very responsive and gracious in answering any questions. The view of the river is perfect and the dock is perfect to throw a fishing lure. The neighborhood is quiet and very well kept. We felt safe and welcome. The house is kid friendly with lots of room to play inside and outside. We are planning to try and book this fall. This is like a home away from home.
