Summary: Great location, easy to get to town, sugarloaf mountain and more. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful deck and dock with great amounts of lighting foe night use.

Summary: Property was absolutely beautiful. Great fishing off the dock caught some rainbows. Rooms were nice. So quiet and peaceful and still close enough to town to go eat at a local restaurant for dinner or pick something up from the store. Lots of local businesses and very friendly people. Bridal veil falls is great even for the little ones just remember its nature! Very easy check in and out easy to find. We would love to come back.

Summary: Upon entering the property, the floors were dirty, crumbs on the bed and around the couches. The outdoor areas and furniture were covered with dirt, leaves and bird droppings like it hadn’t been cleaned all winter. Screened in porch hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time - we didn’t feel comfortable even stepping inside it. We notified the property manager and the manager not only didn’t come by to check, but also took no action to clean the property . All communication with property management was poor at best. Phone calls were answered with text responses and emails were never answered. We cleaned the property but after the third day decided to leave one day early as the property condition made our stay very uncomfortable. While a refund is probably more that we could even expect, a refund of our cleaning fee should be warranted.

Summary: Super clean house with all of the necessary amenities. Location is perfect with views and access to the river. Couldn’t ask for a better fishing spot. The oven/stove needs to be repaired as the baking temp doesn’t go above 350°. The only complaint we had was the excessive cleaning fee. The checkout list includes pretty much doing all of the cleaning as a requirement of checkout. Seems a little steep when the guests are required to do the cleaning.

Summary: This was place was awesome! Very clean and cozy and the views were AMAZING! I totally recommend staying here. Our stay was short but worth it!!

Summary: The house was the perfect layout for being together but not together with family or friends. The living area and kitchen were in the middle of the house with the bedrooms on each side. The decks were large and spacious! The view was picturesque! We will be returning!

Summary: The cabin is small, especially the kitchen, and needs updating/roof repairs. The outdoor space was delightful, we spent most of our time on the deck, screen in area or the dock. Could use new chairs on the dock, the plastic ones there are cracked. We had a great time watching the eagles, minks, musckrats, heron ………

Summary: The cottage was smaller than appears in the pictures. It is in need of updating and a new roof. The outdoors areas were wonderful on a peaceful area on the river. The dock could use some new chairs, the plastic ones there are broken. We enjoyed our stay in this peaceful setting.

Summary: Absolutely wonderful property with an amazing deck and access to the river. The only negative would be the grill needs to be replaced, it is very old and dirty. Regardless, I will most likely book this property again, I may just buy a grill and donate it to the owners! :)
