Summary: The exterior of the hotel, as far as stairways or a bit shabby but the overall room was very clean and well maintained. We were in a room at the back of the hotel and at about 3:00 and 5:00 in the morning there was an individual who was running back and forth on the second floor blurting out loudly strange phrases which had me concerned that someone was outside who had possibly done narcotics. I'm not sure about the area as it was her first time ever staying there. When it was time for us to check out everything seemed okay and we left safely but that had me a little nervous at 3:00 a.m. in the morning. Overall, the hotel front desk gentleman was extremely nice and the room itself was very clean and comfortable.

Summary: Door lock was broken and swipe key did not work- guy at front desk had to let me in with a key and said there was nothing he could do and didn’t have another room for me- when I got back from dinner I had to call his phone to get him to come open my door and let me in- I had to leave at 6am and after shutting the door I remembered I forgot something in room- I called phone number many times with no answer and no one answered office door when I rang bell for 10 minutes- pathetic what I had to deal with!!! Never again
