Summary: Front desk people were very helpful, Expedia/Hotels.com dropped the ball on me by saying I could check in two days late. Was not approved by the hotel and I had been listed as a no show and charged full amount!

Summary: This place is run down. Well past its glory days. Bathroom had no shampoo. Front desk brought some up. Ceiling in bathroom had large section of peeling paint. Door key wouldn’t work on second night and took half a hour for front desk to bring a new one.

Summary: The building smells like urine. Not in a good area. The building is dirty also. It took 1 1/2 hours to get towels and two trips to the desk.

Summary: From the front desk on, it was not good. We arrived as 7 p.m. and the front desk said we would have to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready. I demanded something better since I was traveling with my 88yo husband who needed to be in bed by 8. The front desk clerk researched and, after at least 20 minutes of me requesting help, found a handicap-accessible room that we could get into. Room was clean, but did not include any of the amenities pictured at left (was not a kitchenette). Only amenity was a small bar of soap. Wheel-in shower did not drain so I flooded the entire bathroom before I found a plunger by toilet which allowed it to drain, slowly. But I had used 1 of the 2 towels and the bathmat to stem the flood. Never saw clean towels, although I requested them. Small coffee maker only had 3 decaf pods, none of which I can use. Hardwood floor was dirty, because my bare feet collected dirt as I walked across the room. Low-mounted clothes bar made my dress drag on the floor. No counter space in bathroom, not even a soap dish in shower. AND, they charged $100 deposit to my credit card in case I damaged or stole anything!
