Summary: It's a nice place with a friendly staff. Definately older and in good, but not excellent condition. Breakfast was nice. Undortunately ice was only available by asking at the main desk as both ice machines were out of service. The resteraunt across the parking lot was excellent.

Summary: Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Room was ok, bed was ok. The shower water pressure was low and almost to a trickle.

Summary: Great, friendly service. Breakfast adequate. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Air conditioner was a bit noisy but worked adequately for a temperature of 106 degrees. Train runs behind the hotel but that noise didn’t bother us. We’d stay here again if ever traveling through the Needles area.

Summary: The manager Sam, her husband Nick and their daughter were delightful and very attentive. Our check-in was seamless and they made sure our stay was comfortable and friendly. We will return when we are back in the area.
