Summary: The mattress was so bad I could feel the springs inside: zero support. The A/C was noisy, ran constantly and the room never got comfortable or cool. The shower nozzle was unscrewed (I tightened it) and the sink faucet was loose in its’ hole. It was relatively clean and smelled neutral.

Summary: The room was just OK. Clean but just old. After traveling I just wanted to relax and watch some TV. FRUSTRATING experience. Instructing me to download something on to my iPhone. I don’t think so! But I finally figured out where the controls were on the back of the tv. Grateful for the iron to freshen up some packed clothes for the rest of my Pittsburgh visit. The shower was wonderful — full and hot.

Summary: Rooms were not up to date. Bath was small, such that you have be all the way inside so to shut the door. Coffee maker was contained from previous guess improper usage.

Summary: The place was a dive. Looked rundown and rusted on the outside. Room was clean and king-size bed was comfortable. Door to bathroom could not close, bathroom not in good shape. Very small amount of toilet paper(like 1/8 roll) all that was in bathroom. When I called front desk to ask for more, they told me to come down and get it myself. Room safe did not work. The only vending machine available was out of order. I would not recommend this place at all.

Summary: Short 1 night stay. Everything was just ok, nothing was bad. Room was Clean. Complimentary toiletries were not good. Bring your own. Room was ok for the price.
