Positive: The staff were ALL extremely friendly & welcoming.

Negative: Our room had cereal crumbs on the pull out couch, we ended up not using it, and a water bottle lid was left on the floor by the night stand, proving that our room was. It throughly cleaned prior to our stay. The sheets were obviously not changed out.

Summary: The staff were all great, the room was not throughly cleaned.

Positive: The property was in a good location with many choices for restaurants close by. We loved working out every morning at the gym and we’re very grateful for the wonderful breakfast each morning

Negative: The only thing that we did not like was the cards for the room kept getting the magnetized. But everything else was exceptional.

Summary: We enjoyed the location, the exercise facilities the breakfast. The rooms were very comfortable and will definitely stay

Positive: The woman on third shift was unforgettable. Her hospitality went a long way. She seen I was exhausted and helped me with my bags and my daughter as she fixed the room key issue.

Summary: Had a bit of trouble with the room key but the 3rd shift women was very helpful.
