Summary: My sister and I stayed here over the weekend, but we honestly only used the room to sleep, so it wasn’t a huge experience for us. Still, we noticed some things upon walking in. The elevator made us a little nervous, and overall the place felt different than the images online. They seemed low on toilet paper, cups, and other basics, and there just weren’t a lot of amenities in the room as is. This is not a five-star establishment, but they seem to do the best they can with limited staff and resources. Would I stay here again? Probably not. But I do appreciate that it was convenient for me at the time and served its purpose for a quick stay.

Summary: I was giving wrong room and I cancel it. I wanted a kitchen it was whole point of the stay. But room was nice but wasn’t what I wanted.

Summary: Property was under renovation. Paint fumes, drywall dust in the air, people smoking around side doors. Upon check in I was asked for a $100 deposit which I refused to pay. I booked through Expedia, that was not mentioned. Those with reservations should receive a heads up on the property being renovated; the next day my husband was under going a medical procedure, we both were sneezing and blowing our noses all day. Bathroom sink faucet was extremely loose. Shower was a trickle. We won’t stay at this location again.

Summary: Coming from out of state, expected clothes hangers, iron & board. None in roon. I understood this is a renovated hotel. We had to move to another room due to no outlets were working. This is not the original red roof on Northwestern. Prices are reasonable. Will probably book on next trip to Detroit. Weed smell throughout the building and elevatos.

Summary: The Properly Needa To Upgrade Elevation Or At Least Keep Regular Maintenance. THE A/C Didn't Work In My Room And Front Desk Wasn't That Particularly Concerned About It And Didn't Have Any On Staff To Attempt To Fix.

Summary: When we entered the lobby to check in, we found the manager behind the counter and a guest in the lobby yelling, screaming and cursing at each other. We listened to this for few minutes, then decided to leave. However, the manager told us to stay that we could check in shortly. They continued yelling at each other. There was a maintenance person came over to us and took us into a small room off from the lobby. He offered us coffee and a snack. However, we could still hear what was going on in the lobby. Finally, 15 to 20 minutes, it quieted down. We made our way to the desk to check in. The manager apologized for the outburst. I'm not sure that was enough. We were then told they didn't have any rooms available with kitchens. We reserved and paid for a kitchen. He then told us that if we waited for a little bit, he would try to find one. We left and then returned a couple of hours later. They found a room with a kitchen on the second floor. We went up to our room to find it looked as if it was in the process of being remodeled. There we no towel racks in the bathroom, the plumbing under the sink was visible, no counter space on the bathroom sink and no toilet tissue roller.There was also no closet or place to hang clothes. There was no dresser to put clothes in.The kitchen had no counter space.We were told the didn't provide cutlery or dishes any more. There is a sign in the elevator that says they provide fully functional kitchens. We won't be returning to this hotel.
