Luxury Holiday anpartment available for rent on the waterfront in Redcliffe. Just moments away from the award winning Suttons beach, this apartment offers stunning views and an excellent location. Four bedrooms which sleep eight and a large outdoor deck. Cot/Highchair available on request. PLEASE NOTE THE SPA IS OUT OF SERVICE.
7th floor penthouse with great views of glasshouse mountains and Redcliffe. Three bedrooms have sea view. Two bedrooms have a private balcony in addition to the main balcony with outdoor furniture.
Fully secure with keyed elevator and video entry system with CCTV. Secure underground car parking.
Fully fitted kitchen and laundry. Four large bedrooms, 2 with LCD TV's. Large TV in main living area, High speed wifi, Heated outdoor swimming pool, Gas BBQ, Large outdoor deck with seating and eating area, fully secure elevator and spacious underground car parking. Well equipped gym downstairs in building. Please note the spa is out of service.
An onsite manager will be there to meet you during normal working hours.
The apartment is on Marine Parade which is the road parallel to Suttons beach, as such it is a 3 minute walk onto the beach as well as to the local shops and market.
There is a footpath running along the length of the beach allowing running, walking and cycling with great views.
Bus stop is 100m from the rear of the apartment. Underground secure car parking.
Apartment is around 20 mins from Brisbane International Airport

Summary: I always try to provide an honest, unbiased review based on my experience. Our stay was only for a few days, but we found the penthouse to be well located, very spacious and clean. The views are lovely, and as it faces west, the sunsets are spectacular. Generally the furnishings are reasonably comfortable (not luxurious) but in good condition. It might just have been bad timing but we had no hot water on the first day. The blankets (only one thin poly fleece per bed) are summer weight and inadequate for this time of year. We put the air con on at night for a while but it didn’t make much difference. There are quality appliances in the kitchen which are easy to use and work well, but when we tried to use the iron, it leaked water and the ironing board wobbles. Minimal supply of crockery, there was 8 in our group, but only 4 large plates, 4 small plates?? A few other minor issues which meant our stay was not quite as enjoyable as we were anticipating. Over all the accommodation was quite good, but some minor improvements would have made it much more enjoyable.
