Located in the highly sought after Wailea Beach Villas, this exquisite unit offers a lush tropical setting, an open floor plan and a beautiful lanai to take advantage of alfresco dining and perfect weather.
This spacious Penthouse features a fully equipped kitchen ready to entertain. Offering granite counters and beautiful mahogany cabinetry, it becomes a gathering place with bar stool seating and plenty of counter space. This open floor plan offers a dining area and an expansive living room off the kitchen so that the whole family can be together at any time. The living area seamlessly flows out to the lanai through the glass sliders.
The primary bedroom is private and serene for ultimate relaxation and features an en-suite bath with double vanity, deep soaking tub, marble shower, private bathroom, and spacious walk-in closet with personal sized safe. The second guest bedroom is tastefully furnished and features two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request. A semi-private bathroom sits adjacent with combination shower/tub and double marble-topped vanity. The den located off the living room can be completely enclosed and used as a 3rd bedroom.
Amenities include flat screen televisions in the main living room and all bedrooms, concierge services, assigned self-parking, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, fitness center, two pools with spas, and beach set-up. Beachfront infinity pool and spa area are reserved for adults only. Family pool and fitness center are conveniently located right outside of the penthouse building. Wailea Beach Villas is the only resort on Wailea Beach that is directly adjacent to The Shops at Wailea. This exclusive mall features designer shops and fabulous restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream parlor and The Island Market all within a stone's throw!
Please note per Wailea Beach Villa's policies, guests are limited to parking one vehicle on property and may request a second vehicle permit on an as needed basis. Visitors will be either assigned a 2nd space or be required to park in the surface spaces (32) located at the entrance to the Hotel. Any additional vehicles may be required to park off site or be charged a daily fee of $50 per vehicle (based on availability).

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay and were pleased witj the updated unit, condition, and cleanliness. It was plenty of room for our family of 4 adults. Fully stocked chef’s kitchen. The staff is nice and we got a personal on site greeting from the rental manager. Mark at the gate is very friendly.

Summary: I'm grateful that I got to return to WBV with my family. This time around we stayed in another great villa. What makes WBV special is its location. Situated right on Wailea beach, it's close to the shops as well as other hotel resorts making it a short walk or drive. The amenities in the unit were well stocked, easy to find and made our 9 day stay comfortable: beach towels, portable food/drink cooler, backpack cooler (we used these daily), slippers, extra pillows and blankets plus all the kitchenware and cookware we could ever need. We had one request during our stay and our property manager helped us out quickly. Plus we got updates and reminders via text which makes for an easy going vacation. As usual, it was really hard to leave WBV. We love staying here because it feels comfortable, extremely safe and private. We look forward to planning our next vacation and staying at WBV, our home away from home when in Wailea.

Summary: The proximity to the Family pool was fantastic for us! Short walk to the beach with great staff looking to help and set up chairs and umbrellas. Short walk (less than 1 mile) to a dozen restaurants and quick access to the mall that even has some small grocery stores. Most impressive was they called after we checked out to let us know we left a stuffed animal and offered to ship it to us! So nice!
