Positive: The apartment is new and has many high quality fixtures and fittings. The place was very clean and the garden a perfectly nice place to sit out. There were very many hi tech facilities throughout the apartment some of which we took advantage of. There is a great shower and the bed is comfortable. Everything is in very good condition. The apartment is located in a quiet part of town that is itself a great base for many excellent hikes. The owner was helpful with questions dealt with remotely.

Negative: The whole set up is aimed at guests being able to check in and stay without human contact which is fine and as advertised. As a personal opinion, however, the apartments hi tech, tablet based control and information systems were a bit too complex for us on a short stay. Yes there is a mass of explanation both on the provided tablet and accompanying booklet and many would no doubt love this approach. We simply found it over elaborate. For example the additional cost of using the washing machine which had to be booked and paid for online first, after doing which you received your instructions. That said this is a great base for lovely walks.

Positive: Almost Everything about the property was excellent. Checkin was easy as the mail explained every step in great detail. The property is one of the best I have seen, the location was good, the size of the rooms was just right, the furniture and fixtures were top of the line, the kitchen was perfect the bathroom was well designed. The garden area which was accessible from the living room was a big plus. It was definitely value for money. The host was very easily available on phone/ whatsapp.

Negative: Two things which make the place less perfect than it should be 1. The heating was not satisfactory and 2. the hot water would get over in the middle of your bath. They do warn you about it but that does not make it okay. Even in the most simple and budget properties - I have not faced a problem like that. There is serious problem with the hot water in the taps.

Summary: It is one of the best properties I have seen in my extensive travel in Europe for the last 8-10 year

Positive: Thoughtfully and generously arranged and equipped place; amazingly technologically managed. Highly responsive host ready to fast and respectfully address our needs even though it meant some inconvenience for him. Nice garden. Super clean. Beautiful sauna.

Negative: It was exceptional all up. We were worried that proximity to the main road may be distracting but it did not bother. There are no mountain views but the garden is very refreshing and lovely to look at/be in.

Summary: Lovely designed and managed place equipped with all we needed.
